Elizabeth Edwards Visits Greenville Friday

President Bush visited Charlotte Friday, while Elizabeth Edwards, wife of Democratic Vice Presidential candidate John Edwards made campaign stops in Winston-Salem and Greenville.

Elizabeth Edwards' campaign stop in Greenville was held at the home of Greenville residents Eve and Ray Rogers. There, she discussed the rebuilding of Iraq, the economy, and keeping more National Guard troops at home for Homeland Security.

Meanwhile, President Bush attended a campaign rally for female supporters in Charlotte, and then hosted a fundraiser for U.S. Senate candidate Richard Burr.
