The Washington County Sheriff's Department says eleven people, who were asleep when their apartment went up in flames, were lucky to escape.
Now authorities think the fire on August 25 was intentionally set. A sheriff's deputy spotted the fire in the Somerset Court Area at one of the apartments in the early morning hours that day.
Now the sheriff's department is offering a $1,000 reward for information in the case.
