Habitat Humanity Luncheon

With some help and lots of care, Habitat for Humanity fed over 2,000 people Wednesday in Greenville.

The fifth annual event was held to help build more homes for people in need. For $10.00 a plate, participants got a barbecue lunch provided by Bill Ellis BBQ. Co-sponsor, Spence Cosby of the First Mortgage organization says he was impressed by the turnout and people's willingness to help.

Last year, the event raised over $21,000 with over 2, 000 tickets sold for Habitat for Humanity.
