State OLF Study Group Meets Thursday

The state's Outlying Landing Field Study Group will get an update tomorrow on it's six new proposed sites.

The group will meet in Raleigh, and expects to hear from state and federal agencies, along with statewide organization on the new sites.

The meeting comes just days after county commissioners in five northeastern North Carolina counties voted unanimously to oppose the four sites in Gates and Camden counties.

Other sites are in Onslow and Pender counties in southeastern North Carolina.
