The maker of popular "Thomas & Friends" toys has issued its
second lead paint warning since June. That's when RC2 Corporation
first recalled a million-plus toys.

RC2 Corporation -- which ranks in the top 10 of U.S. toy makers
with 2006 sales volume of about 500 million dollars -- has dropped
