The 514th National Guard Military Police Company based out of Greenville were welcomed home after an 18 month deployment to the Yugoslavian province of southern Kosovo. 125 soldiers returned to their family and friends Saturday. The soldiers have been mobilized since March of 2003. They were deployed first to Fort Bragg on a homeland security assignment; and then they were sent to Kosovo for a peace keeping mission. National guard officials tell WITN the company endured no casualties, and add that the 514th's missions were successful.
