Eastern Carolina families with relatives in Jamaica can only sit back, wait and worry as Hurricane Ivan hits the island.
Greenville resident Trevor Smith, who's from Jamaica, says his wife and two young children still live there. Smith says he phoned them Friday morning and says they told him everybody is worried. Genera Smith, who is also from Jamaica, is terribly concerned for relatives. Regardless of what type of devastation Ivan brings to Jamaica, the Smith's believe the island will rebuild.
