NEW INFO: Plymouth Police Looking For Men In Surveillance Following Shooting

Police said a Plymouth man was found with gunshot wounds three doors down from his own home on a neighbor's lawn after a home invasion.

Police said at 10 p.m. Thursday there was a home invasion at 211 Brinkley Avenue in Plymouth.

Investigators said Curtis Hamilton was found three doors down on a neighbors lawn suffering from gunshot wounds after that invasion.

Officers said he was taken to Vidant Medical Center for treatment.

After a search of Hamilton's home, Plymouth Police said they found a large amount of marijuana. Detectives said charges for that are pending.

Surveillance footage released late Friday afternoon shows 2 men clearly running by a nearby business surveillance camera. One of them appears to be holding a handgun. A third person is difficult to see at the top of the footage.
