When you re-enroll in your company's healthcare plan this year, experts say, read the fine print for big fees.

Employees' charges are expected to jump 10.1 percent next year. At the same time premiums will rise 7.8 percent. Experts warn that employees need to pay attention to fees that may go up when they re-up on their healthcare plans during open enrollment. They say although your co-pays may not change, you may not see the change in fees unless you read the fine print.
