Although not nearly as high as yesterday, winds will still gust to 20 mph at times through midday Thursday, keeping eastern Carolina under an increased risk of wildfires. It is recommended that continue to hold off on outdoor burning through at least early afternoon as the winds should fully relax by late in the day.

So the change of a fire is very high. Well do the smokers know this? I guess it's time for the smokers to get out and throw their cigarette butts out the window. That is what they do well. Very dumb people they are. Maybe this time they all will use their brains instead of their butts. Stay out of Farmville.
