Although not nearly as high as yesterday, winds will still gust to 20 mph at times through midday Thursday, keeping eastern Carolina under an increased risk of wildfires. It is recommended that continue to hold off on outdoor burning through at least early afternoon as the winds should fully relax by late in the day.

That is what they do well. Very dumb people they are. Maybe this time they all will use their brains instead of their butts. Stay out of Farmville.
