Washington County today undeclared its state of emergency that's been in affect since June 3rd.

The county implemented the emergency plan because of the Evans Road wildfire.

But the county feels it's no longer necessary and it's also canceled a ban on open burning.

During the state of emergency several neighborhoods were evacuated because of the wildfire threat.
