Move over Sarah Palin and Barack Obama, eastern Carolina Congressman Walter B. Jones is now stealing the spotlight on Saturday Night Live

Jones was featured in a parody on the show this past Saturday.

We asked the congressman about the skit-- that he just happened to watch live at his home in Farmville when it aired. Jones says, "So I thought this is funny this is cute satire of course then the next thing I see is Walter Jones, I was shocked, but I thought it was funny, very clever, very fair."

The parody was about the bailout of the automotive companies.
