The Christie Brinkley divorce trial, with its lurid charges of marital infidelity and Internet sex, is over.

Lawyers for the former supermodel and her fourth husband,
architect Peter Cook, reached an out-of-court settlement early Thursday morning that gives her custody of their two children.

As part of the settlement, Brinkley will give Cook 2.1 million
dollars but keep 18 properties in the Hamptons. Cook gets parenting
time with the children.

The trial featured a litany of salacious allegations about
Cook's affair with Diana Bianchi, who was 18 at the time.

In addition, Brinkley's daughter with rock 'n' roll Hall of Famer Billy Joel testified that Cook once shoved her head into a bucket of water after she showered too long, a charge Cook denied.

I agree. Who really cares what is happening with these people. It is like a soap opera. I think anyone who has been married 4 times should think about staying single.
