WHO IS THIS? Deputies Need Help In Identifying ATM Thief
Police say the person in this surveillance photo is using a stolen ATM card at banks in several counties here in Eastern Carolina.

Who is the person in the surveillance photo? Deputies in Halifax County want to know who is using a stolen bank card.
The photo was taken at an RBC branch in Rocky Mount.
The card was stolen from the Enfield area, and has been used in Enfield, Greenville, Battleboro, and Rocky Mount.
Deputies say there is a Crimestoppers reward for the arrest of the person. If you can identify the person, please call 252-583-4444.

those car air freshners are pretty trashy..for poor people that do not keep their cars clean.

I have an air freshner and I am not a thug. Some of you need one for your stinky cars. Smell like tail when sit in it.
