A multi-state manhunt has ended for a man wanted in connection with dumping a Carteret County man's body in West Virginia.
Erick Deickman was arrested today in Bardstown, Kentucky. He faces a charge of felony concealment of a deceased body in West Virginia in connection with the death of his former roommate.
Carteret County deputies tell WITN News they alerted Bardstown police Tuesday with detailed information about Deickman's movement in their town.
Authorities say Deickman's vehicle was stopped by local police around 4:00 p.m. Wednesday. They say Deickman's girlfriend, Fawn Bishop, was driving the vehicle and led police to her apartment where they found Deickman in a bedroom.
The body of Andrew Mulvany Jr. of Morehead City was found in a large trash can on Interstate 64 outside of Huntington back in late April.
West Virginia authorities are now starting the process to extradite Deickman to face charges.

I'm glad he was caught. I hope he doesn't get away with murder. This guy has used, abused and conned everyone in his path. He has no regard for anyone and is a very sick person. The Devil
