After searching for weeks, authorities nab an accused sex offender on the run in Warren County.
Right now Robert Lynch is behind bars arrested for probation violation and an outstanding warrant for first degree rape in Halifax County.
Warren has been on the run for almost two weeks. He is accused of having sex with a 12 year old girl. Similar charges are also pending in Warren County with same girl.
The 21 year old is from Warrenton and has an April 29th court date.

According to our leaders and mental doctors it is OK for a sex offender to live next door to you as long as law enforce knows their location. These people need to be locked up. I know it sounds bad but I wish it had been a judge or one of our elected officials child and maybe something would be done.
