Arrest Made In Store Owner Assault, Robbery
Pitt County deputies say they've made one arrest in last month's hold-up.

A Williamston man is in the Pitt County jail after deputies say he robbed and assaulted a convenience store owner last month.
Charged with robbery with a dangerous weapon is Adrian Bell. The 20-year-old man is being held on a $50,000 bond.
Deputies say it happened February 13th at the 427 Mart, that's off of Old River Road,
Two men walked into the store, forcing the owner to open the cash register and took about $2300.
During the robbery, owner Khalid Qoran was also hit over the head with a bottle. He was not seriously hurt.
Deputies are still searching for the second robber.
