A Dudley woman, who was arrested back in May for robbing and kidnapping a store clerk, is back in jail after deputies say she robbed another store Friday afternoon.
Regina Speight has been charged with robbery with a dangerous weapon.
Wayne County deputies say late Friday afternoon the Dollar General on Highway 117 South in Dudley was robbed at gunpoint.
Deputies arrived within minutes and were able to box in the suspect. Money from the store and stolen property were recovered during a subsequent search.
The woman was jailed under a $500,000 secured bond.
Less than three months ago the 37-year-old Speight was charged with armed robbery and first degree kidnapping.
Deputies say the Downeast Travel Center on Highway 117 South was robbed on a Friday afternoon back in May by a woman with a knife. The woman ordered the clerk to give her the money and then forced the employee into a closet.
Speight has an August 20th court date on those charges.
