The FBI says Danny Langley, who worked as maintenance director for Wayne County Schools, and Earl Rhodes, his assistant, accepted kickbacks from All American Roofing and Construction of Selma in a $2 million bid-rigging case over a 7 year period. Langley was sentenced to 7 years and Rhodes to 3 years. The roofing company owners, David Tedder Sr. and his wife at the time, Pamela Turner, were also sentenced. Tedder got 2-years, and Turner got 20 months.
