Two people are now in jail after a man says he was beaten, robbed and had his vehicle stolen, which was later found burned on a dead end street in Goldsboro.
Police say Tammy Ferrell and Kenneth Dixon have been charged with kidnapping, robbery with a dangerous weapon, larceny of a motor vehicle, burning of personal property, financial card fraud and assault with serious bodily injury.
The attack happened January 27th on Virginia Street. Edgardo Harrow, Jr. told police he had been beaten and robbed. They found his stolen burned vehicle at the dead end of Pearson Street.
Dixon was arrested in Raleigh on Wednesday and is being held on a $1.5 million secured bond.
