Teen Escapee Caught, Facing New Charges

A 16-year-old who escaped from a juvenile justice transport has been captured and now faces additional charges of kidnapping, robbery and breaking and entering.

Ishmael Bunch was rearrested around 11:00 p.m. Bunch is in the Wayne County Detention Center under a $100,000 secure bond.

Lawmen also arrested Alexander Shaw, Jr. and Dearron Strickland. They believe the 18-year-olds helped Bunch with the break-in after he escaped. Shaw and Strickland are being held under $75,000 secured bonds each.

I just want to say I know one of the boys and he is family. Don't judge because of his upbringing, every parent do what they can to make sure they child do the right thing. but as they you are who you hang around, and it wasn't right for what none of these boys are doing. just know they acting out wanting attention that they been longing for and of course thinking it's cool too. Instead of talking negative, pray that we can keep young people regardless of race out of jail.

I'm not ashamed of myself, I know its not always a choice but most of these women choose to have illegitimate children. They are robbing their sons and daughters and evidently don't care. Thank God your kids are doing well. You are one of the fortunate ones. Most are not.

All children deserve to grow up in a home with a mom and a dad. If women know they are not gonna have the dad around to help raise the kids, then she should not allow herself to get pregnant in the first place. I blame most of the problem on the mothers. They know most of these sperm donars are just "hit and run".

These young men are products of their needs, wants and values. We need to recognize that values matter and having people around us with values matters. At their age friends tend to have great influence and these young men collectively did not see value in doing the right thing. Who is to blame? Society? Parenting? Friends? Television? Definitely not any President, welfare, or the justice system? It is indifference to what is going on around us until it affects us, is our problem? Next time you see a kid doing wrong let them know its wrong. BECOME INFORMED,then vote for what is best for this country not just for ourselves or political party. These kids (yes those in this story are still kids)today are smart enough and informed enough to figure out when a few are steering them wrong but will only go against it when the majority are steering them the right way. These and all children need us to lead them and not just hope that someone else taught them the right thing and they turn out OK.

The US education system ranks far behing other Countries. 10 States have opted out of the laughable no child left behind system with the blessing of Obama. US kids can't even meet those lack standards.

That pretty much says it all. In other words liberals who think the country owes them something for just waking up each day. makes me sick.

These young men get their wants and needs by criminal activity and preying on innocent victims. They are a burden on society and predators.

Look into these young men's eyes. What do you see? ...I see hate! I see young men that will always be trouble. I see contempt that I was never raised to feel. (or even comprehend)... Anger that could only come from a contorted up bringing, by parents that didn't care. MC Jamal...what do YOU SEE?

It looks like three more career criminals in the making. I'm certain these three will be in and out of prisons most of their adult life if they live that long.

Also I don't believe kidnapping, robbery or breaking and entering are just bad choices, they are horrible choices and I would go to say GOOD people don't do that.
