A Wayne County teen is accused of raping a 14 year old girl.
Noe Gonzalez of Goldsboro is charged with statutory rape of a person who is 13, 14, or 15 years old more than 4 and less than six years older than the victim.
Deputies say they received a report in early May that the 18-year-old had sexually assaulted the 14-year-old.
Gonzalez was jailed on a $100,000 bond.
