DEPUTIES: Two Christian School Employees Face Theft Charges

Two employees of a Christian school are accused of stealing from the institution.

Wayne County deputies say Andrita Faison and Brittney Rice, both of Mount Olive, are accused of stealing money and checks from Mount Olive Christian Academy.

Deputies say some $280 in cash and 25 checks were stolen. They say at least two of the checks have been forged and cashed.

Mount Olive Christian Academy says Faison was a part-time teacher and Rice was a substitute teacher. Neither are still working for the school.

The article never said they were Christians, but they stole from a Christian School. How did some of you get off topic.

Jeff if taking something you didn't earn is a crime, you need to head to DC. Bunch a law breaking going on up there. When you get home, round up all the folks who haven't worked a day in their lives, sitting on the porch waiting for that gubment check. (our earned money).

From reading the story, who said the ladies were actually Christians, themselves. They only worked for a Christian Center, we all know that everyone that works in a Christian Day Care is not always. Maybe they should be, but they are not.

BLAH BLAH BLAH!!! Oh, those poor little little Christian ladies!!! Ya'll, if your a real Christian and NOT by name only? YOU WOULD NOT STEAL. Stop with all the nonsense bull of grace and forgiveness and put them in jail. You can give forgivess and they have to pay restituition too. This applies to real Christians and 'in name only' Christians.

You can't trust anyone. It doesn't make it any worse because it was a Christian institution. It also doesn't make it any better. That attitude that it's ok and God will forgive you is wrong. You are taking something you didn't earn. Throw the book at these ladies and make them do hard labor to pay the debt back ten-fold. Keep it on their record. I wouldn't want people like this handling my money.

Anonymous do that mean only Christians receive grace from God and no one else?

Dave everyone sins, Christians and non Christians, the only diffrence is that Christians have the Grace of God to get forgivness for their sins because they are saved by that grace.
