Storm Front Leaves Some Without Power

The storm front that is bringing temperatures down is leaving people around NC without power

The issues are mostly back near Greensboro, where about 11,000 people lost power Monday night. Progress energy does not report any major outages in Eastern Carolina. There were just a few reports of trees down, along Highway 48 near Rocky Mount, the intersection of N. Old Carriage Road and Hunter Hill Road near Nashville, and a tree and powerline were down at Blalock Road and St. Mary's Church Road in Wilson. Three quarters inch sized hail was also reported in Oak City, in Martin County.
