What's happened here is no different than what's been happening in America. CHANGE! People are tired of not seeing the true America represented in our government, both nationally and locally. This is a country that was "founded" on the idea that any and everyone can be free. (I have other issues with that statement alone, but I digress.) Shouldn't we finally uphold our constitution and give other people a chance?

No surprise, didn't everyone know the Gov was going to appoint the most qualified african American she could find. Immagine how many talented people could have been in the real pool of candidates if the appointee didn't have to be of a certain race in order to keep a position set aside and occupied by that chosen sub-group. Reverse discrimination is a misnomer, this is discrimination, pure and simple. It seems that putting reverse in front of the word makes the act more palatable to the hypocrites on the left. I wish the Gov and mainstream America would get over this ignorant, feel-good about myself tolerance campagne that requires us to either accept lies as truth or be labeled as a "bad, intolerant person". Ouch, that hurts my feelings, NOT. Reality is reality, even if it offends a sub-group that is out of line in some way with the majority.
