Police in one Eastern Carolina city say they've taken $70,000 worth of heroin off the streets with the arrests of two people Tuesday.
Kristopher Battle and Keisheika Bowden are both charged by Goldsboro police with trafficking heroin by possession. Bowden is also charged with maintaining a dwelling for keeping control substances.
They were arrested on Fairview Circle by the Goldsboro Police Department's support services division.
Both Bowden and Battle are being held under $300,000 secured bonds.
