Two men have been charged in a rash of vehicle and home break-ins in Wayne County from as far back as last year .
The Wayne County sheriff's office arrested Joseph Hasty and Nicolas Cutway, both of Goldsboro last night. Detectives say they had 28 reports of vehicle break-ins along the Highway 111 South between December 2012 and March of this year.
Investigators say they're also charged with a business break-in last December at Johnny's Food Mart on Highway 111 South in which thieves drilled through a concrete block exterior wall to get in. Investigators say when they arrested the duo, they recovered some of the stolen items.
Detectives say more charges are expected against Hasty.
