RALEIGH (AP) -- The Emmy Award-winning Showtime television series "Homeland" is filming at the state Supreme Court building and historic State Capitol building in Raleigh.
The show will film scenes for its third season Monday inside the Supreme Court building and around the Capitol and grounds Tuesday. Traffic in the area may be held or diverted during sound takes.
City officials say no parking signs will posted early Sunday until 8 p.m. Tuesday on both curbsides of South Wilmington Street between East Morgan Street and Hargett Street, and on part of the east curb lane of the 100 block of Fayetteville Street.
"Homeland" stars Claire Danes as a CIA agent and Damien Lewis as a suspected terrorist. Filming typically takes place in the Charlotte area.
