Raleigh police say a man has been killed and two women injured after their car ran off the side of U.S. 401 and hit a road sign support beam.
Police told multiple media outlets that 22-year-old Louis Canino was the driver and died Sunday morning at the scene. Two 20-year-old women were passengers in the car. One was in critical condition at WakeMed Hospital and the other was in serious condition.
Both sides of U.S. 401 were closed while crews responded to the wreck.
