OSOC@9:48 The University of Maryland's computer science department is the second best in the nation based on an analysis of faculty publication and participation in professional computer science conferences that was published in the June issue of "Communications of the ACM," an "internationally acknowledged premier magazine of the computing field" published by the Association for Computing Machinery. Maryland's computer science program was topped only by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, the long time leader in the field. Rounding out the top five were Carnegie Mellon University, Georgia Institute of Technology and Stanford University. Maryland was also ranked fourth in the list of top software engineering programs. NO BAD FOR A BUNCH OF DRUNKEN COLLEGE KIDS, PER FOX NEWS!!

Sorry Pam, facts are this was based on a university of Maryland study of drunken college kids...somehow, I don't give it much credibilty and will use the Neilson ratings instead.....

Snake Oil, She is not the only source reporting this. It is all over the web. The survey even gave specific examples of misinformation from Fox.

No he didn't on Jan 3, 2011 at 08:31 PM, she said that, really? I also ran it down to find it was missinformed as usual. Just cause you say it, doesn't mean there are facts to support it. Infact...where are they. Where are all those lies and missinfo she refers to? She goes after the "competition", do you not see that? When you lose, you do just that to get your ratings up and look for anything that could be thrown out there. Well, I hope her thighs still quiver when the golden boy walks ain't about her credibility, its about "what she says" not what Fox says.

The most Mis-informed News Carrier! I really believe this, Its like a side show on that network, their comments are always leaning to the far right. I laughed at their Fair and Balanced claim. I personally don't know anyone who takes Fox seriously.

Did you just slam Rachel? How dare you...At least she reports the truth not misinformation like Fox. She also reported about Fox being the most misinformed news network. And she is not the only one doing so.

No one on this site refers to Nov. 2 but Obama Snake Oil. Its a done deal, get over it move on. This guy is blind to everything or everyone except Glenn Becks foolish rants, although it's clearly based on ratings. Buying it Hook, Line and Stinker. What a Loom. Rachel Meddows is annoying, but she does back-up what she says with FACTS (actual video/documentation), not just rhetoric.
