Four men accused in the robbery of a Greenville Food Lion have now been charged in the shooting death of a Raleigh tobacco shop owner.
20-year-old Steven Cooley, 21-year-old Demario Williams, 21-year-old Kwamane Everett and 20-year-old Dariel Haddock are now charged with murder and robbery.
They are charged in the death of 39-year-old Majid Mohram was shot back in December at the M3 Tobacco Store. Warrants say Mohram's wallet, cell phone, and about $300 dollars were taken.
Police say the break in the case came when investigators noticed similarities in a January robbery in Greenville where four men had been arrested.
In that incident the four were charged with common law conspiracy, conspiracy of robbery with a dangerous weapon, robbery with a dangerous weapon, and second degree kidnapping.
They were all given a $1 million dollar bond at the time of their arrest.
