UPDATE: Former Marine Sentenced For Gun Export Charges

A former U.S. Marine who smuggled dozens of pistols into the United Kingdom has been sentenced by a judge in a federal court in Greenville.

Senior United States District Judge Malcolm J. Howard sentenced Steven Neal Greenoe, to 120 months imprisonment followed by three years supervised release.

Steven Neal Greenoe pleaded guilty last year to exporting firearms from the United States without a license and traveling in foreign commerce to deal in firearms without a license.

Prosecutors say he brought 63 pistols in his checked luggage on flights to Britain, where he then sold them. In Britain, where few police officers regularly carry guns, the case has been a cause of significant concern.

Authorities said he disassembled the weapons and disguised them as engineering samples and inert weapons, then concealed them in his luggage.

Greenoe faces up to 30 years in prison.

I don’t know what this man’s motivation was but I hope it was to get guns in the hands of citizens over there in the UK because they sure need it. And if so I hope a jury finds him innocent and lets him go free. Guys Obama wants the US to be more like Europe. Look at the United Kingdom where this man was bringing guns into. The U.K. is what Socialism and Fascism looks like. Only the police are allowed to have guns. Remember the 2011 Riots in the U.K. There were 250,000 to 500,000 rioters that caused approximately 154 Million dollars of damage that U.K. TAX PAYERS had to pay for. There were at least four murders. The U.K. government has no second amendment and bans just about all ownership of guns. It was reported that during those riots the citizens of the U.K. were buying every baseball bat in the country AND online vendors like Amazon were reporting a 5000 percent increase in selling of bats during the riots. These citizens were scared that rioters were going to either burn their homes down or possibly murder someone in their family. Do you want to know what is really scary?….. Amazon was “influenced” to stop selling bats to citizens during the riots because the government said it crossed the line when you used a bat as a weapon!

So far it’s been a little over a year I believe since the Fast and Furious scandal broke where the Obama Administration and DOJ Attorney General Eric Holder allowed approximately 2000 guns to be purchased by felons and cartel members with at least two American citizens murdered by those same guns. So far NO GOVERNMENT OFFICIAL HAS BEEN FIRED OR CHARGED WITH MURDER FOR THIS!! If the BATF found any of us citizens being straw purchasers for felons and cartel members I promise you we would be locked up for the rest of our lives! This is just another example where the government views themselves as better than the “lowly” citizens and exempt from the law while citizens must adhere to the exact letter of the law.
