A woman accused of kidnapping an infant back in 1987 is due in court for a hearing Monday.
Ann Pettway of Raleigh faces federal kidnapping charges for allegedly kidnapping Nejdra Nance, who was called "Carlina White," from a Harlem hospital as a baby in 1987.
Nance, who's now 23-years-old, suspected Pettway was not her birth mother, searched missing children files, and was recently reunited with her biological family.
Pettway faces up to life in prison if convicted.
