Attorneys for John Edwards' mistress are accusing a former aide to the presidential candidate of "theft."
An attorney for Andrew Young gave more items to a court in Hillsborough on Tuesday, including a video camera that a judge immediately turned over to Rielle Hunter's lawyers. Hunter's attorney, Alan Duncan, says the video camera was taken from a home where she had been living.
Young's attorney said he did not know if the video camera was Hunter's or if it belonged to Edwards' presidential campaign. Hunter has sued Young for invasion of privacy and sought the return of a videotape purportedly showing Edwards in a sexual encounter. That video has been turned over to the court and placed under seal.
