Two Farmville Women Face Drug Charges

Two Farmville women are locked up this morning on drug charges.

Ashley Leggett, 19 and 21-year-old Amber Dunn are listed in the jail as living at the same address on Fulford Circle in Farmville.

Leggett faces two charges of trafficking amphetamine, commonly known as "speed." Among the other charges filed, Leggett is accused of felony possession of cocaine, carrying a concealed weapon, possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver a schedule one controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and misdemeanor larceny.

Dunn's most serious charges include conspiring to traffic amphetamine. She's also charged with conspiracy to sell and deliver a schedule one controlled substance, felony conspiracy, misdemeanor conspiracy and misdemeanor larceny.

Both were booked under $307,500 bonds in the Pitt County Detention Center.
