Three Marines Robbed In Downtown Greenville; Police Looking For Robbers

Police say they are looking for two men who robbed three U.S. Marines in downtown Greenville.

It happened at the 5-Points plaza on June 30th around 2:30 a.m. One of the Marines was hit in the face when the victims didn't have anything valuable to steal, according to police.

Police were able to identify one of the robbers through downtown cameras while they are still trying to identify the other. They have warrants out for Desmond Moore of Greenville, charging him with robbery and assault.

Police say Moore is a convicted felon and repeat offender. He has a criminal history that includes drug offenses, assaults, and thefts. They consider the man armed & dangerous.
