Thousands of people headed to Uptown Greenville Saturday for the 6th Annual PirateFest.
It was a great event with a chance to shine a spotlight on Greenville's Uptown area.
There were activities for kids and adults. There was food, live music, face painting, and of course many pirates were in attendance.
Denise Walsh, Executive Director of Uptown Greenville said, "This is our sixth year. It first started with ECU's Centennial and it really has been a community organized event, to be a signature event for Greenville and the event has continued to grow.
