A man arrested less than 30 minutes after robbing a Greenville bank has pleaded guilty to the crime.
Robbie Knowles was accused of handing a note to the teller demanding money at the First Citizens Bank on Southeast Greenville Boulevard on October 30th of last year.
Police say the 36-year-old was not armed at the time. He took off on bicycle and was arrested shortly after the robbery by Greenville Police.
Knowles was sentenced to serve between five-and-a-half and 8-years in prison.
