POLICE: Woman Caught In The Middle of Drug-Related Home Invasion

Investigators say a home invasion targeting cash and a drug stash left one woman caught in the middle of the crime.

Greenville police said around 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday, two men with handguns burst into a home on West Hills Drive.

Investigators said the duo was looking for one man in particular, but only found his girlfriend at the home.

The pair waited around for the boyfriend to return home, according to investigators, and robbed him.

The gunmen took off toward Sterling Pointe, according to police.

Charges may be pending for multiple people involved in this case.
