Greenville and Pitt County seemed to do much better from Tropical Depression Beryl than it did last week with the torrential rains.
There were no major roads closed Wednesday as a results of the storm like there were last week.
We drove all around Greenville and Winterville to check out the road conditions and only noticed a lot of ponding on the roadways and some flooded yards.
Troopers say there are many low lying areas in Pitt County, so they will have to watch for flooding overnight, but there hoping there will not be any issues.
