Match Day At ECU School Of Medicine

It's a big day for medical students at the Brody School of Medicine, and perhaps a day that many doctors in town can reminisce about...it's Match Day.

Graduating East Carolina University Medical students find out Friday where they will spend the new few years as doctors in training. It's a pretty exciting ceremony.

Every year, a decent amount of students are matched with a place they know well...Vidant Medical Center.

I moved here last year from a large metro area with a major teaching hospital and highly rated university. I was recently in Vidant heart hospital with a life threating problem. I received excelent care in this hospital. Some of the Doctors were ECU grads. I found them to be excelent doctors and they saved my life. This is an excelent medical facility.

We have a new idiot alert issued. It's amazing that a so called educated doctor would post such a statement. What an embarrassment to the profession.
