A man in Pitt County is facing a slew of identity theft charges.
The Pitt County Sheriffs Office arrested 38-year-old Steven Congleton of Ayden Thursday and charged him with 18 counts of identity theft and 18 counts of attempt to obtain property by false pretense.
Congleton was booked under a $250,000 bond.
