A Pitt County man is behind bars and facing dozens of charges.
Forty-eight-year-old Terry Westmoreland of Greenville is charged with 24 counts of both forgery of instrument and uttering forged instrument, six counts of obtaining property by false pretense, and one count of financial card theft.
Westmoreland's bond was set at $100,000
