There are a number of Easter activities across the east this weekend including at the Reimage Church just off of Firetower Road in Greenville. They're hosting a number activities Saturday afternoon and organizers say they are offering a little something for all members of your family. The event will kick off at 3:00 p.m Saturday outside the church and will feature a local band, a puppet show, a BMX show and then for the first time in the church's 32 year history it will host an egg drop, where more than 10,000 candy eggs will be dropped from an hot air balloon.

"We'll have plenty of volunteers. They will be in yellow Reimage Church shirts. If you need any help, they will direct you to a parking space. They'll help you find registration. They will help you find the location of the different events that happen on our campus. Even if we have lots and lots of people there will be overflow parking. It should be a pretty stress-free event where you can just come and have a good time," said Reimage Church organizer Chris Hopkins.

There will be two separate egg drops, the first one will be for kids age 6 and under and the second one will be for kids 7 and older. The event is free and open to the community. Organizers ask if children plan to participate in the egg hunt that they bring their own basket.
