A Greenville man is scheduled for a first court appearance Wednesday on five counts of sex crimes against a child.
Gerard Miller of Brownlea Dr. in Greenville was arrested Tuesday on five counts of second degree sexual exploitation of a minor. The bond was set for Miller at $100,000.
Officials at the Pitt County Detention Center say Miller was arrested by Greenville police.
