A burglary suspect is under arrest for a home invasion Wednesday night.
Greenville police say 20-year-old Gregory Jackson was booked under a $200,000 bond for a break-in at 503 E. Fourth St. in Greenville.
Police say a concerned citizen called police to report they saw Jackson break into the house and steal liquor bottles and an Xbox gaming system. The people who live at the home said Jackson is an acquaintance of theirs, whom they have known for a year.
Greenville police say they found Jackson at the Stop Shop Convenience Store on East Fifth Street just after midnight Thursday. Inside Jackson's car, police say they found the stolen alcohol and Xbox, along with drug paraphernalia.
Jackson is charged with one count each of First Degree Burglary, Misdemeanor Larceny, Possession of Burglary Tools, & Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He's due in court Thursday.
