With the first week of classes winding down at ECU, a couple of students haven't exactly received a warm welcome to their neighborhood.
The two students left for class at 12:30 Friday afternoon, and when they got back at 2:15 p.m., their apartment at the University Condominiums in Greenville had been broken into.
We spoke with the two students who live here, they say both of their computers, a jar of money, bars of soap, and, a chocolate chip cookie were stolen.
A large footprint is still on the back door showing where the suspect kicked it in.
Greenville Police are still investigating the case, and say all students living in unfamiliar areas should be cautious as the school year continues.
