A UPS employee is accused of stealing a gift card out of a package and then going shopping at Target.
Cassandra Bradley of Greenville has been charged by Pitt County deputies with larceny by employee and four counts of obtaining property by false pretenses.
Deputies say Bradley is accused of stealing the gift card from the UPS facility on United Drive during work. They say the woman was caught on video surveillance using the card to purchase goods at Target on four different occasions.
When confronted, deputies say the woman confessed. She was jailed on a $25,000 bond.
