Police said they caught the man they say opened fire into a car in the parking lot of an apartment complex.
Greenville Police arrested 19-year-old Tre'von Morgan Wednesday morning.
Police said Morgan was in an argument April 26th with people at a private party at the Kiwanis Club in Winterville, and the argument carried over to Greenvillle.
Police said Morgan pulled the trigger in the parking lot of the Sheraton Village Apartments on Landmark Street around 1 a.m. on April 27th.
A woman told police bullets went through her car and hit her in the legs. That victim was later treated and released from the hospital.
Morgan has been charged with assault with a deadly weapon and is being held under a $1 million bond.
Police have released surveillance pictures of a vehicle used in a shooting ten days ago and are asking for the public in helping to identify the driver.
The shooting happened back on April 27th in the parking lot of Sheraton Village Apartments on Landmark Street in Greenville around 1:00 a.m.
Police say the victim was sitting in the back seat of a car when people in the other car began shooting in her direction. Bullets went through the car door and struck the woman's legs. Officers say they do not believe the victim was directly connected to any ongoing dispute with those in the other car.
Using the city's public safety camera system, police were able to identify the vehicle, a white Lincoln with a black man behind the wheel.
If you can identify the driver, call the Greenville Police Department at 252-329-4315.
