Deputies said they arrested a Pitt County man at his home, where he is accused of committing sex crimes against a teen within the last three months.
Deputies said 39-year-old Christopher Bullock has been charged with two counts of statutory rape of a teen and indecent liberties with a child.
According to investigators, the alleged crimes happened in the man's home between January and March of this year.
Detectives also seized guns from Bullock after serving a domestic violence protection order.
Bullock made his first appearance at the Pitt County Detention Center Thursday morning.
The judge kept his $300,000 bond in place. Bullock's next court date is set for March 27th.
Deputies said more charges are pending.
